In 2013, five bilateral agreements on cooperation with foreign countries were signed at research facilities and several others were discussed with planned closures in progress in 2014 (especially with more prestigious partners from Western Europe and some significant workplaces in Asia). At the same time, OU researchers were stimulated to cooperate more intensively with by foreign institutions, which was manifested in particular by a greater number of active participation in foreign conferences (17 lectures at international conferences in 2013).
